For Nippopolis
You can find Gerald Broflovski sitting on the roof of Kenny's house (M1,24). You can get there with Kyle's help from the roof of Steed (M1,22). Gerald asks you to bring him a Cheesing Vial, which you have probably already found on your adventures.
Each vial gives you one summon of Gerald into battle - he deals major damage to a large group of opponents (consider saving this summon for more difficult story-related battles). You have to give Gerald one of the vials to complete the quest. You will find it lying on the ground, next to the car wreckage or in the alley next to the Post Office. Do not forget to take a selfie with him
(You Can) Call on Me
After the mission The Hundred Hands of Chaos, Call Girl is going to contact you. This quest is optional, however, after completing it, you unlock the only girl in your team.
Completing this quest allows you to take a free selfie with D-Mobile workers and gives you a new DNA upgrade together with a new character sheet and, most importantly, a new type of opponents - crab-people (you also unlock the title requiring you to defeat a given number of them). On this quest, you fight crab-people for the first time. Eliminate the king first, to finish the battle faster. He calls for reinforcements and can heal his allies.
Always bet on Chaos
After the mission Chaos Gambit, you can complete this short quest, which introduces you to the banking minigames. This quest requires you to acquire one new level. You have to spin the wheel and collect random rewards.
Reaching the highest economic status unlocks an achievement. Consider completing this quest as soon as possible, as it unlocks Butters' third ability - a summon during a battle.
