A Randy Mystery
Randy can be found in the east part of the neighbor where he is fixing his car. Talk to him and you receive a quest in which you must identify a person that scratches his car. This quest is completed automatically during The Bowels of the Beast mission. You must face Randy twice - he has a lot of health but his attacks are weak. You get no rewards for completing this quest. Even if you didn't speak with Randy before and the quest didn't appear in your journal, the quest becomes marked as completed after The Bowels of the Beast mission.
The Headshot Job
Go to the Police Station. Take a leaflet from a bin. Go through the door (the operator opens them after your try), go through the room to the next door and then through the another one on the right. Speak with Detective Adams and you will receive a new objective: hang 8 posters. After each one you receive a message in which he informs you about a new location for a poster - if you didn't read an entire message or you forgot a location then you can check the list below:
- Police Station (M2,10), near the entrance where you can see suspects' photos.
- City Hall (M2,11) - the bulletin board in front of the building.
- Tweek Bros. Coffee (M1,17) - in front of the counter.
- Community Center (M2,7). In order to reach the bulletin board, you must first move a ladder that stands near it.
- Behind the lake in Stark's Pond North (M2,28) you can find a bulletin board. However, you won't be able to hang a poster on it if you can't remove lava.
- South Park Elementary (M2,8) - you need Fartkour ability to reach the floor in the school's main hall.
- Jimbo's Guns (M2,24) - bulletin board in the building.
- Peppermint Hippo (M2,21) - a bulletin board is behind the first door. Move a ladder under it and climb it to hang a picture.
