Other

+1 Great Prophet point per turn

One of the first districts that you can build thanks to technology researches. It can be easily deduced that this district is focused on all faith aspects. If you want to win be spreading your faith then this is the first district that you should start your civilization with. If you don't care about finishing a scenario using that victory you should still build this district as soon as possible so you can generate faith points and create your pantheon. Even you don't find pantheon necessary for you it can still be built to get unique bonuses that are only accessible for this district.

Holy site has a wide range of bonuses that you can get for locating it on a suitable land. Keep that in mind because the process of building this district is time consuming and the profits may determine your success in a scenario.

The main difference between holy site and Lavra are additional Great People points. In case of regular district you only get Great Prophet points but for Russia you get additional points for musician, writer and artist. Even if you don't want to achieve cultural victory when playing as Russia you can snatch Great People from other countries which will have an impact on their position. This district is accessible from the beginning and it is very important to build it as first. Try to find a place for your capital that will allow you to use the maximum deployment potential. Since it is one of the most important Russian districts you should start all over again if you won't be able to find a land that allows you to use full adjacency potential.
