How to access the Restricted Area?

After taking care of the guard standing at the entrance to Block B, Sherlock will use his outfit as a disguise. Walk up to the open box and examine:

1. The folded letter on the right,
2. an overturned bottle (examine its label and cork).

Now you can go through the door to the next part of Edelweiss Institute.

Proceed through Block B while passing by individual cells to reach Restricted Area. Along the way, you'll be accosted by Gerda. Continue along the corridor and enter the laundry room on the right.

Start by examining the pile of clothes by the oven in the left side of the room. Approach the oven and take a look at:

1. burned clothes,
2. light shirt on the left.

Continue by opening the cabinet by the door and picking up the doll. Take a closer look at the doll and examine its head and the writing on her dress. Return back to the main corridor.

How to unlock all the scenes in Imagination Mode?

Once back at the main corridor, look to the left for empty cells. On a small table inside one of the cells, examine:

1. patient records,
2. small bottle.

In another cell, enter Concentration Mode and investigate the trails on the ground. Pick up the cross, rotate it and examine the symbols. In the third cell, there is a writing on the wall.

Exit the cells and go forward. Along the way, with Concentration Mode active, examine the markings on the wall on the left and the hospital bed.

Take a look at locked chest on the left side of the room and approach the open one.

In the open box examine:

1. Traces on the lid (concentration mode)
2. the bottle itself,
3. blood traces.

In the next box examine:

1. the bottle itself,
2. clothes,
3. a hole in the box,
4. medallion.

Finally, examine the door. Once you've searched Restricted Zone completely (found all of the clues and the doll) return to Gerda. Give the doll to Gerda and use all of the dialogue options. With the new information, you'll unlock all scenes in Imagination Mode.

Set the first scene as shown in the screenshot above.

Approach the crates and set the scene with one person getting up from the crate.

Approach the door and set the scene with insitute workers removing the chest from the carriage. Once all scenes are ready, watch the reconstruction.

How to find the Hell's Door?

Pin the Investigating the Edelweiss evidence, enter Concentration Mode and examine the traces near the locked box.

Now approach the blank wall and investigate the traces on the floor. When new traces on the wall appear, examine them. Return to Gerda and ask how to open the Hell's Door.

How to fix the doll?

Gerda will ask you to repair her doll. There are 4 items needed:

1. buttons,
2. thread,
3. glue,
4. nails.

Pin Heidi's clue to the main screen. Go to the laundry room and in Concentration Mode pick up the thread and buttons from the clothes table.

Return to Block A (Block A) and enter the Storage Room. Glue and nails are on the table. When you got all that is needed, return to Gerda and fix the doll.

Confrontation with Heidi

After fixing the doll, you are ready to confront Heidi. Provide evidence in the following order:

1. Investigating the Edelweiss,
2. Gerda's Testimony,
3. A note from Professor Becker.

Mind Palace

After searching all the rooms and talking to Gerda and Heidi, you have the necessary information to answer the question in Mind Palace. When asked How to get the key to Hell's Door, mark following clues:

1. Watson's successful infiltration,
2. Heidi's testimony about Hell's Door,
3. A working dumbwaiter.

When asked How to get to Watson for help? question, choose:

1. Patient hates the guards,
2. Blocked path upstairs.

Return to the patient named Maurizio in Block A (Block A) and open his cell.
