Questioning the residents

Once you have the drawing that shows the pregnant woman, you need to look for her. To do this, you need to change into a worker's outfit. You should have it in your inventory, but if you don't, you have to go to a clothing retailer and buy/rent the outfit. Buying it will be a better option, because the work apron is required quite often in story and side missions.

Head to the market area in Old City. There is no specific place where you can find the residents that will give you directions. Be sure to stay on the main streets of this neighborhood.

Take a look at the character shown on the screenshot above, to the left. Remember the person's height, skirt, and headgear. This is the person you're supposed to find and ask about the pregnant woman.

Refugee camp

The woman is in a refugee camp. You'll find it under the Victoria Bridge. This bridge connects the two main districts of the city.

When you get close to the camp, you'll see a short cutscene that will show a squad of police officers who are roaming the area.

Start by talking to one of the officers. He is in front of the entrance to the refugee camp. You may notice the brown coat and headgear.

After talking to a man, you need to look at him closely. Examine:

1. the marks under the eyes,
2. the mustache,
3. the clothes under the coat,
4. his wet hands,
5. clean shoes.

Once you've assessed the officer, you need to choose "Dazed formalist".

The next person you need to talk to is a man in the camp. You'll meet him right in front of a small wooden bridge on his left. After a short chat with him, you can begin the next part of the task.
