You will come to the room with mannequins and then to the Reaper's lair. After getting new information, leave this place (door on the right). Go to the reactor entrance where talk with Danton and Bruce. Tell them you need help to get into Tiberius' tower. Bruce will give Amy a lot of bolts. Then go to the cathedral and ask Jess if she could help you with distraction. Finally, return to Reaper's lair and with him go back to the cathedral. Then go to the train and talk with the old woman. Ask her if she knows any underground access to the Ministry of Energy. She gives you a map.

Go to the reactor's entrance once again and tell Danton that you're ready for the assault (Bruce will give Amy more bolts). Being in the subway tunnel, shoot at the switch which is on the ceiling. Climb up the ladder. Being in the Ministry of Energy, go to the tower (to the left). When Danton will be fighting with the guard, shoot him. Get into the elevator.

Search the bookcase, unfortunately the doctor's notebook is not there. Go back to the elevator (to the right). When the elevator will stop, move the panel in the ceiling by using the metal bar. Click the panel to get out.

When Danton will be fighting with two guards, shoot at the rope above the chandelier. Click the panel to call the elevator and get inside.

During the conversation with the soothsayer decide whether she should spare his life or kill him. In Tiberius' office you can choose between three options: killing Tiberius (Chaos achievement), killing Danton (Order achievement), or killing both of them (Free Will achievement). This decision will change the ending of the story.

For ending the game you will get The Light Shines On achievement. For playing the game in the commentary mode (you can turn it on in game options before playing the game) you will get More Than You Ever Wanted To Know achievement.
