Take a brochure from the round table and click the registration window (on the left). Say that you have an appointment (Amy will get a medical form), and take a seat (empty seat near window).

When Amy will go inside empty office, look at the table on the left side of the door. If you want to get Sweet Tooth achievement, three times take a candy from the jar (the second from the left). Check (PPM) doctor's notepad, Amy will find here an important note which she writes down in her medical form (leave the close-up). After a conversation with the doctor, click registration window to make another appointment. Don't forget to tell the woman the rebels password.

Searching for the password for central storage in the doctor's calendar

The woman in the registration gives you a doctor's calendar - before you choose the day of the next appointment, use the information you have got in the office. The note was about password to C.S. (central storage), and according to it the password is the name of the surgery which will be in the next week.

Click all the days in the next week to see that the surgery will be in the 16th November and is called Medulla Oblongata. Now you can choose a day for your appointment (choose an empty cell).

Go to the screen and request directions. Choose central storage and password Medulla Oblongata. Use the screen to go to the central storage where take a box cutter from the trolley on the left side of the room.

Use the rag taken from the staff locker room on the red alarm on the wall. Use the knife to cut the wire which is on the right side of the alarm. Pour the floor cleaner taken also from the staff locker room into the bucket and throw into it the brochure or medical form. Put the bucket on the floor near the smoke detector (click the floor or smoke detector) and use the pistol on the bucket. Click the terminal and choose option of emergency override (the last one).
