Being in the tunnel, open the door on the right and go through the passage.

Being in the hall with reactor, talk with the man lying on the floor. Click on the blue crystal on the right (reactor) - you need a code. Ask the man about the code. Promise you will help him, so he tells you that you need to find unit's serial number. You will get a crossbow but with no bolt. Look at corpse, Amy will pick up a bolt.

Go back to the first room, and look at the plate which is on the metal box hanging on the wall (on the left side of the door). Unfortunately, the plate is too corroded to read. Shoot the bolt into the lamp by using the crossbow (click the crossbow in the inventory, then click with the cursor on the lamp), then take a candle from the lamp, Amy will also take her bolt.

Notice a fan above the door. Click on the control below him and set the maximum speed, then push the bottom button (exhaust).

Open the door and push the cord. Pick up a sheet of paper.

Reading the serial number

Come back to the first room and look at the plate. Put the paper onto the plate, and then use the candle on it to see the inscription (like on the screenshot below). Read what is written on the plate and remember the unit serial number: 2794.

Go to the reactor hall and set the code. After the conversation with the man, who will give you a letter, shoot at him by using the crossbow.
