This chapter includes a complete list of all the trophies that can be unlocked in Shadow of the Colossus for PS4. The more difficult ones have additional comments or references to other chapters and maps of the game guide. Some trophies are strictly related to the storyline (e.g. defeating all the Colossi).

The Horned Boy
Acquire all trophies.
Speed King
Collect all Time Attack items together as one set.
Intrepid Mortal
Max Out Wander's Health and Stamina bars. You can increase both parameters by making progress (defeating further Colossi) and by collecting Fruit and tails of Silver Lizards. It's possible to max out both bars before finding all the collectibles (bars will cover about half of the screen width).
Speed Demon
Complete Hard Mode under 5 hours 41 minutes and 28 seconds.
Grounded Scaler
Defeat Colossus 8 (Kuromori) before it can turn back over. The trophy should be unlocked on low difficulty levels (easy or normal). Furthermore, Queen's Sword can be a very useful item. You will be able to remove vital points with just 1-2 hits.
Resist the Wrist
- Defeat Colossus 3 (Gaius) without breaking its wrist guard. In order to do that, you will need to force the creature to perform a ground attack, jump on its sword and crouch while keeping your balance. When the raised sword reaches its highest position, you can jump towards the elbow, over the wrist guard. Although the trick is very difficult, it's executable.
- An easier approach is to jump on the sword and then on the thigh. Once the Colossus lowers the hand holding the sword, you can jump over the wrist guard and make your way to vital points.
Fruit of the Garden
- Taste the Poisoned Fruit. They can be found in the garden on the top of the main shrine. To get there, you will need a lot of Stamina (can be increased by slaying Colossi and finding Silver Tail Lizards).
- Climb up the vines on the north-west side of the shrine. Get to the top and head right, along with the edge, until you reach more vines. Use them to reach the stairs leading to the very top of the building. Shoot down and eat the Poisoned Fruit.
Reach the Gate
Cross the bridge to the entrance of the Forbidden Lands.
You can unlock this trophy while completing the previous one: Fruit of the Garden. You will need to climb on the top of the shrine (climb the north-west wall with vines, then go right along the edge and climb more vines) which will require a lot of Stamina. Head upstairs to enter the garden and move down towards the bridge. You will need to cross it to unlock the trophy. The crossing will take over 5 minutes.
Last Man Standing
Complete a single playthrough (defeat all the Colossi) without dying once.
Bearer of the Curse
Complete the game on any difficulty level.
Dormins Rage
After defeating all the Colossi, you will begin a scene in which you control Dormin. Press Triangle to perform his fire breath.
Seeking Salvation
Visit and pray at all 25 shrines. Read chapter Shrines to find out more about their locations.
Trick Rider
Perform all stunts with Agro. There are 6 tricks to perform:
- Quick start - From a standing start, pull back on the analogue stick and press Triangle at the same time to bolt into a sprint.
- Quick stop - While galloping, pull back on the analogue stick and press Triangle at the same time.
- Quick turn - From a sprint, pull back on the analogue stick and tap Triangle twice, causing Agro to perform a 180 turn at speed.
- Cliff jump - Jump with Agro from any small cliff (just pick the height wisely).
- Standing up - while galloping press R2 to stand up.
- Hanging on one of Argo's sides - while galloping hold R2 and X, and move your analogue stick left or right to hang on Agro's side. You will need to hang on both sides to unlock the trophy.
- Pet Agro - Stand next to Agro, with your weapon unequipped, and press Triangle to pet him.
Sword of Her Majesty
Defeat any Colossus with the Queen's Sword (you unlock the item by completing Hard Time Attacks).
Paint the Target
When fighting a Colossus, raise your sword (R1), and use it to focus on a vital point.
Fruit of the Land
Eat all the fruit that you can come across in the game. You can use the Fruit tree map to locate them (you will obtain it once you defeat the 10th Colossus on Hard Time Attack) or check our map in the FAQ section in the chapter "How to increase your Health?".
Skilled Warrior
Defeat a Colossus with a downward jump stab.
The Past that Defines Thee
Defeat any Colossus while in Reminiscence Mode. Go back to any arena where you defeated one of the Colossi, and while standing next to the remains press (R2) to pray and fight the creature again (you will keep your current stats).
Five-Lined Skink
Collect a tail of a Silver Lizard. You can read more about them in our FAQ section in chapter "How to increase Stamina?".
Animals of the Land
Interact with a dove, a hawk, a fish and a turtle. You will need to grab the animals with R2 to interact with them.
- Doves can be found in the main shrine. Approach them quickly and press R2 to grab one of them.
- You will need to do the same with a fish. You can find them e.g. in the cave leading to Colossus 8.
- When riding on Argo's back, you will notice hawks flying all around you. Stand on Argo's back (R2) and jump up to catch a hawk that is close to you. Not every place is suitable to perform this trick, so you may want to try grasslands.
- A turtle can be found near the palm tree, south from the shrine in sector F2. Don't try to grab it but walk over the animal to trip on it (counts as interaction).
Boon of the Nomad
Find a Barrel in a hidden cave. Just enter the hidden cave and you will spot the Barrel right away. The cave is located in the woods, south-west from the shrine (sector E5).
Trick Arrow Skills
Shoot a Lizard with a Special Arrow (You unlock special arrows through Time Attacks).
