The game's final boss. The path leading to it is more difficult than the earlier ones. Travel down south and stand before a sculpted gate.
Equip your sword and activate the rays (R1) to unlock the door. Take a moment to pray at the altar in order to save your progress in case you were to die during the encounter.
You'll encounter a chasm soon afterward. You need to use Agro - maintain your speed to get past the chasm safely. Continue climbing the rock and make your way through the ruins to the top of the spire.
Here is where the real fight begins. You need to close the distance to the colossus first. The boss will start firing fast projectiles, but you can use special underground corridors (the first one is located below the pillar right from your starting location) that will enable you to close the distance to the colossus. Moreover, you're going to need to use the stony barriers found on the arena. Follow their trail to find your way to the next tunnel.
The final tunnel ends directly below the boss. Start climbing the spire - you'll find yourself at the opponent's back at the end of your climb. Hit the encountered vital until the boss' health stops decreasing, then hit it one more time for the boss to direct its hand at you. Jump onto the hand.
Climb to the elbow, which contains another vital. Hit it until your strikes become ineffective, then hit it again for the boss to direct its second hand at you. Jump on it and perform a long jump in the direction of the face - hold the grab button (R2) in order to grab a hold of the ledge.
There is a small vital on the boss' left shoulder. Your final destination is the top of the boss' head. The enemy will struggle greatly - if you've run out of strength, descend to the back to regenerate your energy.
