Spend Quality Time With Gat
Meet Gat in the star-marked location and you'll be both transferred to Super Genki Bowl television game show.
Pick up all the weapons from the shelves and proceed into the battle. You won't have access to your super powers for the duration of the first stage, so just use the regular weapons instead.
There's nothing to explain - eliminate everything that moves and keep going forward. Remember there's a time limit, so if you don't want to fail the mission, you better hurry up. Sometimes, you'll see paintings with different captions appearing on them. Shoot every one except the one that says "Non-ethical".
Once you score enough points, you'll see an "Exit" sign and will be able to leave.
Time for the second stage. You can use your super powers again (except Super Jump and Super Sprint), so things should get easier. Repeat the same process - keep going forward and eliminate the enemies on the way. There will also be Genki Girls here - they're more powerful than regular opponents, so be on your guard.
The last stage is shorter, but with a boss at the end. It's a character familiar from Saints Row The Third. Fight him as you would fight any other Warden - using the super powers to get rid of the shield, then finishing him off with firepower. When his health is diminished enough, Gat will jump him, ending the mission.
