Jim Rob's Workshop is a venture available in the game Saints Row. Our guide describes this business - hourly income, filling orders for Bright Future, rewards for developing the enterprise to 100%.

This page of our Saints Row guide features a walkthrough of all the Bright Future missions. We explain how to unlock the venture, where to find the trucks and what will you be rewarded with for fully completing the venture's questline.

Unlocking the venture

You must build Bright Future manually, selecting the location of your choice on the venture map. As this is one of the first ventures available, it's completely free. Choose the place you like the most and start making profit.

Base venture rewards

1. Bright Future grants you a base hourly profit of $2,500. Fully completing the venture, that is, finishing all of the orders, permanently increases the profits to $3,750.
2. Completing all the orders also rewards you with $30,000 and 5,000 XP.
3. After completing all the orders you can still deliver trucks here in exchange for money - you'll receive $100 for each delivered barrel.

Venture completion rewards

Each delivered truck containing barrels grants you some XP and cash. You'll get money for each delivered intact barrel. You'll successfully complete the order even if you have only one barrel left by the time you arrive to Bright Future.

Completing all the Garage's missions rewards you with $30,000 and 5,000 XP.

You'll be also rewarded with:

1. Bright Future Crew Outfits;
2. Toxic Waste Barrel - can be placed in the Saints HQ, in the church, once you progress far enough into the game and unlock searching for collectibles;

Orders

Your job is to deliver 13 trucks with toxic waste barrels. The payload doesn't have to be in the pristine condition. Delivering a single barrel is enough to complete the order. Once you're done, you must go to Bright Future and talk to the questgiver.

The trucks are visible on the map in specific locations. Track them via the toxic waste icons, as pictured above.

If you don't want to drive around the entire city, run around a few streets instead. Toxic waste transports are relatively common. If you see one, hijack the truck and deliver it to Bright Future.
