Question Eldric about the mage from the Kila isle

You can unlock this quest after you have progressed to the third chapter of the game's storyline so, after you have started the "The Spirit Ritual" main quest. From druid Eldric (point 2 on the map), you learn that you need three people with powerful magic, for the ritual. One of them is voodoo witch Chani and to find her, you need to go to Kila.
