Way to unlock the quest: Talk to Lumbrok (Taranis isle).

A farmstead

You could unlock this quest during your stay on Taranis. This took place after the meeting with Lumbrok at the local mages headquarters. The nameless One was asked to find rare delicacies and one of them is the Delicious Ham, which you need to go to Calador bay for. After you reach the bay, go towards the farmstead in the central part of the isle (point 13 on the map).

Sneak into the cottage and steal the ham

You need to steal the ham from the farm so, use the Sneak skill and press the sneaking key/button. Enter the cottage and turn your attention to the chest there. Open the chest and steal the ham (100 glory points). You can now return to Taranis.

Note - Do not let yourself be spotted by Bran or Logan, while stealing, because they will attack you, otherwise.
