How to unlock the quest: through conversation with Talbot
Quest giver: Talbot (point 7 on the map)
After some time has passed since you've completed a side quest called "Paula Hears Noises", go back near Paula's house, located by the entrance to the mages encampment (point 7 on the map). If you run into a watchman named Talbot, he will initiate a conversation with the main character and will ask the hero to locate a pack of gnomes, inhabiting Taranis Island. You will get Talbot's List from him, containing a list of the gnomes.
You have to find three gnomes. The first one, Dakil, can be found in a mine, neighboring the mages encampment (point 15a on the map). It's best to visit the mine while doing the main quest called "New Allies".
Time for the second gnome, Gadi. He can be found in the harbor, in the Eastern part of the map (point4 on the map) - it's the location you've landed after you reached Taranis Island.
The last of the gnomes is Faris. This character can be found in a mine located to the North-West from the mages encampment (point 7a on the map). It's best to visit the mine while doing the main quest called "New Allies".
Go back to Talbot and inform him of the gnomes' location. For each gnome you find, you will be given 100 Glory Points and 20 Gold. Besides this, you will be given a separate reward at the end of the quest.
