How to unlock the quest: through conversation with Vetranio.

Quest giver: Vetranio (point 6 on the map)

You can find Vetranio working near the entrance to the Mages Camp.

After reaching the Mages Camp, you can stumble upon a freshman recruit Vetranio (point 6 on the map). By default, he is consumed with his work, near the main entrance to the mages encampment (he is constantly on the move though). During the meeting, the Nameless Hero will get a Broom and will be asked by the man to find a person willing to do chores in the mages encampment warehouse.

Tokel is the ideal candidate for the job.

The ideal candidate for the warehouse cleaning is a man named Tokel, which can be found on a small island, in the middle of the lake, to the South from the Mages Camp (point 11a on the map). It's worth mentioning, that you will save that man during the side quest called "One Made It", given to you by Kjeld. You can offer Tokel the work during your first meeting, but he will be able to take on the job only after you've safely escorted him to the encampment. Give the Broom you just received to Tokel and inform him Vetranio, that you've found his successor.
