How to unlock the quest: through conversation with Cole.

Quest giver: Cole (point 17 on the map)

Cole can be found near the shore.

Cole can be found in the Eastern part of a small island, located to the North from Kila (point 17 on the map - you can reach it without any problems). The man will ask the Nameless Hero to get rid of some strong monsters.

You have to murder 5 ghouls.

Strong Ghouls can be found in a glade, in the central section of the island (point 17a on the map) and you can reach the glade from the Eastern side. If you can, try to lure the monsters one by one, to simultaneously fight two of them at most. As always, rely on your dodging / parrying skills, especially because the beasts are extremely agile. For each Ghoul you defeat you will gain 100 Glory Points.

Note - there's also a Swamp Golem located on the glade, who is EXTREMELY durable. You can attack the monster, but it's not required in order to complete the described quest.
