How to unlock the quest: through conversation with Harry.

Quest giver: Harry (point 6 on the map)

Meet with Harry after bringing Miamiti to the pirates beach.

This quest is unlocked only after you have completed another side quest called "Better Safe Than Sorry", or to be more specific, after bringing Miamiti to the pirates beach. Find Harry (point 6 on the map), who should automatically lock the Nameless Hero in a conversation. Harry will ask the main character for some help in his courtship towards Miamiti. The plan assumes giving the girl a rare flower - you must start of by meeting with Cunningham (point 5 on the map) who will indicate its location.

The Blue Flower.

The sought gift for Miamiti is a Blue Flower, and you can find it in the North-Eastern part of the native village (point 6c on the map). To reach the destination in which the flower can be found, you need to cross a long rope bridge (100 Glory Points). Return with the flower to Harry to complete the quest a receive your reward.
