Calador | Trainers Risen 3 Guide

The above map contains references to all the places in which you can find ability trainers, living in the Calador Bay. Each one of them can teach the Nameless Hero from one to few different abilities (albeit for a price, of course).

Two things worth noting - some of the trainers may be mobile, and the map show a few markers of the same trainer, meaning their different spots. In some situations, you can only use the trainer's services after you've done a quest associated with them.

1) Nate

Nate can be found in various places.

Nate is one of the Demon Hunters and he can be first encountered in the fishing village (point 1a on the map). After you've met him for the first time, he will move to Demon Hunter's Citadel alone, or with the help of the main character (point 1b on the map). However, you can't be certain to meet him there each time, as he will be moving between the Citadel and a destroyed bridge to the North of it, near the river of lava (point 1c on the map).

During your conversation with Nate, you can ask him for training. He specializes in the following abilities:

• Sneak from Thievery
• Safecracker from Thievery
• Master Thief from Thievery
• Pull Teeth from Hunting
• Take Horns from Hunting

Note - you can sell Raw Fish to Nate. Each fish will give you 15 gold and 3 Glory Points.

2) Drake

Drake should be somewhere near the entrance to the Citadel.

Drake is one of the Demon Hunters and he can be found inside the Citadel. Typically, you can find him at the entrance (point 2 on the map), but he can change his position slightly based on the time of the day.

During your conversation with Nate, you can ask him for training. He specializes in the following abilities:

• Crossbows from Ranged
• Doctor from Toughness
• Craft Spells from Magic
• Shadow Hunter from Melee - this skill is available only after you join the demon hunters
• Indestructible from Toughness - this skill is available only after you join the demon hunters
• Rune Magic from Magic - this skill is available only after you join the demon hunters
• Master Mage from Magic - this skill is available only after you join the demon hunters
• Battlemage from Magic - this skill is available only after you join the demon hunters

3) Henrik

Henrik will train you only after you've defeated him in battle.

Henrik is one of the Demon Hunters and, as a result, he can be found inside of the Citadel. Based on the time of the day, you can find him at the arm-wrestling table (point 3a on the map) or training in front of the Citadel (point 3b on the map).

At first, Henrik won't be interested in training your character any new abilities. The only way to change his attitude is to challenge him to a duel and defeat him, which is the objective of a side quest called "Friends Brawl". He specializes in those abilities:

• Riposte from Melee
• Blade Dancer from Melee
• Piercing Weapons from Melee
• Swords from Melee
• Slashing from Melee
• Bladeproof from Toughness
• Fencing Master from Melee - this skill is available only after you join the demon hunters

4) Connor

Connor runs a shop inside the Citadel.

Connor is one of the Demon Hunters and he can be found inside the Citadel. Typically, you can find him at his shop (point 4 on the map), but he can change his position slightly based on the time of the day.

During your conversation with Connor, you can ask him for training. He specializes in the following abilities:

• Haggler from Thievery
• Vision of Blood from Magic - this skill is available only after you join the demon hunters
• Fighter's Eye from Magic - this skill is available only after you join the demon hunters
• Vision of the Adventurer from Magic - this skill is available only after you join the demon hunters
• Vision of Gold from Magic - this skill is available only after you join the demon hunters

5) Eldric

You will visit Eldric during many of your main quests.

Eldric is a druid living inside of the Citadel, alongside his fellow Demon Hunters. You can typically find him in the Eastern part of the Citadel (point 5 on the map), but based on the time of the day his position might differ slightly.

During your conversation with Eldric, you can ask him for training. He specializes in the following abilities:

• Brew Potions from Magic
• Alchemy from Magic
• Ritual Master from Magic
• Focus from Magic - this skill is available only after you join the demon hunters

6) Wilson

Wilson spends most of the time inside of his workshop.

Wilson is a blacksmith living inside the Citadel, alongside the Demon Hunters. You can typically find him inside of his workshop, in the central part of the building (point 6 on the map), but based on the time of the day his position might differ slightly.

During your conversation with Wilson, you can ask him for training. He specializes in the following abilities:

• Blacksmithing from Melee
• Muskets from Ranged
• Shotguns from Ranged
• Pistols from Ranged
• Critical Hit from Ranged
• Create Talisman from Magic

7) Mira

Mira can be found on Ernesto's farm.

Mira is a maid on the farm belonging to Ernesto (point 7 on the map).

During your conversation with Mira, you can ask him for training. He specializes in the following abilities:

• Silver Tongue from Thievery

Note - if you complete the side quest "Ernesto's Engraved Candle Holder" not to her liking, she won't be willing to train you anymore!

8) Moe

You can train with Moe only after your first encounter with the man.

Moe can be found near the tavern (point 8 on the map) and, during your first encounter with the man, he will request a payment from the Nameless Hero (a side quest "Road Toll"). Further interaction with this character will be available only after you've paid him, or defeated him in battle.

During your conversation with Moe, you can ask him for training. He specializes in the following abilities:

• Knifer from Ranged
• Monkey Trainer from Thievery
• Intimidate from Toughness
• Liquid Courage from Toughness

9) Travis

Travis can be found near the bar, or near the table with the mini-game.

Travis can be found inside the tavern (point 9 on the map), located to the West from the Demon Hunter's Citadel.

During your conversation with Travis, you can ask him for training. He specializes in the following abilities:

• Distiller from Toughness
• Drinker from Toughness

10) Bran

Bran can be found on his farm.

Bran can be found on his small farm, located to the North of the fishing village (point 10 on the map).

During your conversation with Bran, you can ask him for training. He specializes in the following abilities:

• Carnivore from Hunting

11) Bronach

Bronach lives in the forest.

Bronach is a hunter and he can be found near his hunting hut, located in the forest (point 11 on the map).

During your conversation with Bronach, you can ask him for training. He specializes in the following abilities:

• Skinning from Hunting
• Pull Teeth from Hunting
• Pull Claws from Hunting
• Take Horns from Hunting
• Pull Trophies from Hunting
