Marcos [#1] - the soldier at the harbor outside the temple can teach you how to become a tougher guy. He's quite nice, so you can have a chat with him.

Type: Fighter, teaches: Kick, Bladeproof I, Bladeproof II.

Valdez [#2] - the first person you'll meet upon arriving at the Maracai Bay. Though the governor will greet you coolly, you can still train with him.

Type: Master of the blade; teaches: Parry, Powerful Attack, Riposte, Powerful Riposte, Piercing Weapons I, Piercing Weapons II.

Malaika [#3] - the witch from the Natives' village, which is located in the central part of the land. You can learn a few useful things about brewing potions from her.

Type: Alchemist, teaches: Brew Potion, Ritual I, Ritual II.

Egas [#4] - met in the Natives' village where he guards Corrientes's hut. He can teach you a couple of tricks concerning pistols.

Type: Pistol maker; teaches: Gunsmith, Critical Hits, Left-handed, Pistols I, Pistols II, Nuff Said!

Cordobar [#5] - a very skilled warrior trained in the way of swords and blades. If you talked to Corrientes, he'll be glad to give you a few lessons.

Type: Master of the blade; teaches: Parry, Powerful Attack, Riposte, Powerful Riposte, Slashing Weapons I, Slashing Weapons II.

Datu [#6] - the chieftain of the Natives can train you in the voodoo arts, provided you've learned the basics on the Sword Coast (see: Chani, Daughter of the Chieftain).

Type: Voodoo mage; teaches: Create Doll, Create Sceptre, Create Talisman, Powerful Curse, Black Magic I, Black Magic II.

Osamu [#7] - the powerful shaman can share his knowledge with you provided you've joined the Natives while on the Sword Coast.

Type: Voodoo master, teaches: Voodoo Master, Black Magic III, Ritual III, Death Cult I, Death Cult II, Death Cult III.

Bones [#8] - the crazy preacher is hard to miss - he's shouting at the entire village, angering the surrounding Natives. If you complete the Unwanted Sermon quest, though, you can invite him to your crew and learn a few useful skills.

Type: Doctor; teaches: Quack, Doctor, Indestructible.

Koraka [#9] - the hunter of the wilds is located outside the temple where pirates are plundering the graves (see: Where Is Koraka?). When you complete this quest for him, you'll be able to learn from him. That's also when you'll be transported back to the Maracai village.

Type: Hunter; teaches: Throwing Weapons I, Throwing Weapons II, Throwing Weapons III.
