Quest giver: Sebastiano [#1]

In the upper part of Puerto Isabella there is a large villa - its entrance is guarded by Alcazar [#2] - one of the Inquisition's soldiers. If this is your first time here, convince the guard to let you inside (how you do it doesn't matter, you'll succeed anyway), a then talk to Commandant Sebastiano [#1]. When you ask him about Crow, you'll not only learn that the pirate ship had been sunk (see: Where Is Crow's Ship?), but also that the ship's only surviving passenger, a cook named Hawkins [#3], is held in a nearby cell. Continue the topic and a while later you'll be persuaded to interrogate the prisoner.

In order to enter the villa to talk to the commandant, you have to convince Alcazar to your point of view.

Head to the stone tower and talk to the imprisoned pirate. Wait until Hawkins relates the sea battle, and ask him for information on some bothering matters. The cook will sense that you have your own agenda here, and will demand helping him escape from prison in return for answers (see: Free Hawkins!). One doesn't stand in the way of the other, so don't hesitate to agree.

When everything is settled, ask Hawkins all available questions. Rich in the newly found knowledge, return to Sebastiano with a report. That's all.
