You find the crate at the wall, on the left side of the bridge

Right past the gate, on the left, there is a larger locked gate. In the crate by the gate, after you open it (Moira), you can find Parts crate. From here, you can also spot, in the middle of the bridge, you can spot a Tower Emblem. Then, enter the bridge, hop over the hole (as Claire), and together with Moira enter the building (before that, to the left of the bridge, reveal the last Kafka Drawing).

In the last building, you can already feel safe.

Right after you enter, o the right, there is a table at which to upgrade your weapons. Then, head on, smash the crate and pick up the random item. Finally, try to broadcast a radio message to end this part of Claire's campaign.
