Resident Evil 7: That's a Spicy Meat-a-Ball! - Trophy/Achievement Guide

Requirement: Kill an enemy by attaching a remote bomb to his body and detonating it.

Comment: An opportunity to use a remote bomb presents itself not long after reaching the ship later in the game. You must get to the room with Eveline and pick up "Old Videotape" left by her. Begin playing the scene from the videotape and continue progressing until you reach level S2 of the ship. Proceed forward here and run past the first monster you'll encounter, because it'll "help you" in earning the achievement in a little bit. You'll come across the second creature in the next corridor and this one should be killed (preferably with the machine gun). Reach the end of the corridor and notice two remote bombs in a box on the wall (check the screenshot seen above).

Pick up the bombs and choose one of them from the inventory (down on the d-pad by default). Turn around and wait for the first creature to show up here. Approach the monster and allow it to grab you. The character you're controlling should land on the ground and you'll receive a prompt on being able to use the remote bomb (see the screenshot above). Quickly press the button to shove the bomb down the monster's throat. The creature's head will explode and you'll earn the achievement.

Important - The trickiest part of this achievement is to "convince" the creature to perform the grab attack. This should happen straight away assuming you'll stand close to it. If it doesn't try again. Remember to do this with the first monster (the one you've ignored on your way to the remote bombs).

Important - This isn't the only area where you can complete this objective. You'll also find other remote bombs and other monsters later on in the level, however not all creatures will do grab attacks needed to use remote bombs on them.

Another good moment to complete this achievement is when you visit the sick bay on level 3F of the ship. You'll be attacked by a "fat" vomitting version of the monster here. You can approach the creature and it's very likely that it'll grab you (see the screenshot above). Use this opportunity to attach a remote bomb to it.
