On this page of our Resident Evil 4 Remake guide, you can find a walkthrough for the Request called The Wandering Dead. This is the final Request that involves killing a more powerful version of the Regenerador monster.
Orders are the best way to get Spinels, a special currency used to buy rare items. These can be crafting materials, treasure maps or weapon parts. Simply look up the Trade tab while visitng a Merchant.
Completing all Requests is an objective of a silver trophy (Jack of All Trades).

This Request can be picked up in Chapter 14, right after the moment where you demolish a part of the wall in Cargo Depot.

The opponent you're looking for is in Incubation Lab - the area where you've obtained the level 3 card in Chapter 13. We recommend ordering Ashley to hide in the nearby closet so you don't have to worry about her during the encounter.
How to beat The Wandering Dead?
The Wandering Dead is a stronger version of the Regenerador, the monster which you've probably encountered many times by now. This opponent has more parasites than standard ones, so you'll need to spend more ammunition attempting to kill it. The enemy doesn't attack you right away, so you can start the fight by firing at the area of the body that has the highest concentration of parasites e.g. the head, as it is harder to successfully hit when the target is moving.
Make sure to keep the opponent at a distance while waiting for a convenient moment to strike. Staying at a distance will protect you from most attacks, but sometimes the monster can close the distance suddenly and attack once you're in range.
If you're grabbed, use your Knife, as after a successful stab, the opponent will be idle for a moment, allowing you to take aim and fire - however, do it fast, as after a moment the Regenerador will fire his spikes (when that happens, better to be behind a cover).
When the enemy stops and starts to tremble (signalling an imminent explosion), it means that the fight is over. Once that happens, run away and hide behind a cover to avoid being struck by fired spikes.
The defeated opponent will leave Alexandrite.
Completing The Wandering Dead is rewarded with x8 Spinels.
