On this page of the Resident Evil 4 Remake game guide, you will find information about the Request called Egg Hunt. It involves finding a golden egg in Chapter 4.
Challenges of this type allow you to earn special currency (spinels), with which you will be able to buy rare items - such as a treasure map, artifacts or special weapon upgrades. In addition, for doing all the orders you will receive a silver trophy/achievement called Jack of All Trades. The list of undertaken requests can be found in the files menu and the requests tab.

You will find the Egg Hunt request next to the small marina adjacent to the mural - that is, the puzzle behind which is the Church Key. The request is to find the golden egg.
Where to find the golden egg?
The golden egg you need to complete this assignment is located at one of the marinas located on the eastern side of the lake. There are a lot of hens staying there, and apparently one of them lays golden eggs.
You'll find a golden egg at the eastern end of this small location. You can also take advantage of a good opportunity, of course, to get useful treatment in the form of leftover eggs. This way you will not have to waste plants and medicinal sprays. You can also spend one egg to complete the challenge, which involves throwing it at your opponent.
After everything is done, go to the nearest Merchant and sell him this valuable catch. You will earn 9,000 pesetas just for selling a golden egg.
Reward
For completing request #6 called Egg Hunt, you will receive three spinels.
