Puzzle location - Chapter 8

The Bindery is a room in the castle available in Chapter 8. Leon will meet a familiar figure there. After watching the cutscene you'll need to solve a puzzle to unlock the northern exit.

Finding the Lithographic Stones

You need four Lithographic Stones to solve the puzzle, three of them you must find in the room.

Lithographic Stone C is on the books against the south wall.

Lithographic Stone D is in a glass case you must break (use your knife).

Lithographic Stone B is next to a bookshelf.

Solving the puzzle - Wall with Four Slots

With all the stones in hand head to the blocked northern exit - the Wall with Four Slots. Select the stones from your inventory one by one.

You can:

1. move stones between slots - if the selected slot is already filled, the stones will swap places;
2. turn the stones - there's a different symbol on each side of every stone.

We've pictured the solution to the puzzle above:

1. the top stone must show a red shield;
2. the left stone must show a red helmet;
3. the right stone must show a blue sword;
4. Tte bottom stone must show blue armor.

Solving the puzzle moves the wall aside, unlocking the corridor leading north.
