Church Key location - Mural Cave

You can obtain the Church Key in Chapter 4. Along the way you should reach the Mural Cave.

There, you will find an altar and two stone hands - you must deliver two stone heads here, which you can do by completing two Stone Dais puzzles described below.

In the next part of the cave you'll find a mural showing a map of the lake - you'll learn you must visit the Large Cave Shrine (southwestern part of the lake) and the Small Cave Shrine (northeastern part of the lake). You can access them on a boat - swim across the lake and reach the small docks near the puzzle locations.

Stone Dais Puzzle #1 - Large Cave Shrine

There are numerous enemies guarding the way to this area. Your destination is the Stone Dais - you must select three correct symbols.

Symbols have been painted in yellow paint on the surrounding walls, and for some of them you have to position yourself in the correct place for a complete symbol to appear (e.g. assembling it from 2 parts).

Return to the Dais and press the correct buttons (in any order). This unlocks a compartment storing the Apostate's Head.

Stone Dais Puzzle #2 - Small Cave Shrine

To reach this shrine you must sail into a small cave adjacent to the lake. After leaving the boat make your way to the Stone Dais - once again, you must select three correct symbols.

They are painted in yellow on the surrounding walls. Viewing some of them requires standing in the right place or climbing up a ladder to a higher elevation.

Return to the Dais and press the correct buttons (in any order). This unlocks a compartment storing the Blasphemer's Head.

Taking the heads back to the altar

After obtaining both heads, sail back to the Mural Cave. Interact with the stone hands and place the heads on them.

You can now pick up the Church Insignia off the altar and set off to the Church.
