How do I get to Underground Storage?

Once you reach the Hospital, Carlos has to perform all the activities that will allow Jill to return to full strength. After regaining her strength, you can continue playing as Jill and use her picklock to unlock door leading to the previously inaccessible eastern part of the facility. A linear path leads the protagonist to Underground Storage.

Elevator Notice

The note is in the Office, the first room visited after reaching the underground bunker. The room also holds a hip pouch (used to increase inventory capacity), and a typewriter.

Hip Pouch

The bag is in the Office room in an underground bunker.

Employee Memo

The note is in a small room neighboring to a large warehouse and Office room in Underground Storage, where you solve a puzzle involving finding three fuses and placing them in a fusebox. Jill has to walk through this room while solving a puzzle - there are three Zombies inside the room. You can't pick-up the item right away. Come back for it once you restore power to the warehouse.

Figurine

The figurine is found in a large magazine of the Underground Storage, where we solved the three fuses puzzle. You need to explore the eastern part of the warehouse, specifically the area where Jill had to squeeze through the metal structures. The collectable is on one of the shelves.

Shell Holder Shotgun

The improved rifle is located in a large storage area in Underground Storage where you solve the puzzle of finding 3 fuses. You need to explore the southeast part of the warehouse and use a lever to lower one of the elevators down. This will unlock access to the upgrade box shown in the picture.

Unfinished Activity Log

The log can be read from a computer located in the Surveillance Room, which is the one where Nicholai was staying when he first arrived at the warehouse.

MAG - Extended Barrel

The Extended Barrel upgrade for the magnum is located in a box in the Surveillance Room.
