You can take the flyer from the stand located in the dimly lit corner of the Reception room on 1F.

The statue is located on a bed in one of the main corridors on 1F of the Hospital.

Nurse's Journal: Sept. 25

The journal lies on the desk of the Lab Reception room (where voice recorded and voice readed are located).

Figurine

The statue is located on the Roof of the second floor (2F) of the Hospital. It lies on the ground in a dimly lit corner.

Hospital Map

The map was hung on a notice board in the main corridor on the 2F of the Hospital.

Nurse's Journal: Sept. 27

The journal is located on the shelf between the files in the Records Room on the 2F of the Hospital. There is also a typewriter in this room.

Nurse's Journal: Sept. 29

The journal lies on a bloodstained desk next to the computer in the Staff Room on the 2F of the Hospital.

Memos from Administration

The note hangs on the wall in the Staff Room on 2F next to the door, which is initially closed.

Figurine

The statue is located in the Sickroom located on floor 2F of the hospital. Once you reach this room, examine its lower left corner. The secret is well hidden - you'll find it in a rubbish bin next to a row of cupboards and doors.

Note about a Tape Recording

The note is on the desk next to the computer in the Nurses' Station on the 2F of the Hospital.

Safe / Assault Rifle - Dual Magazine

The safe is located in the Nurses' Station room on the second floor (2F) of the hospital. The combination is: Right 9 (stop knob on 9), Left 3 (stop knob on 3).

In the safe, you'll find a Dual Magazine upgrade for the Assault Rifle.

Assault Rifle - Tactical Grip

The Tactical Grip upgrade for the Assault Rifle can be found in the Courtyard on 1F of the hospital. You can get to the courtyard by jumping over the railing on 2F.

RE: Lost Items

The note is in the optional Operating Room on the 1F of the Hospital. This room can only be opened after obtaining a story item - a Hospital ID Card. The note contains a combination to a safe located in Nurses' Station on 2F.

Banquet Invitation

You will find the invitation next to Dr. Bard in his laboratory adjacent to Lab Reception on 1F. You can get to the lab only after you have acquired 2 story items - a voice recorder and a recording tape.

Email from Nathaniel Bard

The e-mail is stored on a computer in the same room, that is, Bard's laboratory. Reading it is required to advance in the main storyline.

Hip Pouch

You can only get the bag after you've reached the event where you fight horde of zombies. While protecting the Makeshift Sickroom with Jill inside, one of the rooms adjacent to the Lobby will open, from which a Hunter will appear. Go into that room to find the pouch in addition to some supplies.

You have to reach the pouch before the battle ends. After successfully defending yourself from the zombies, you will automatically take control of Jill.

G18 Handgun Burst Model

A G18 Burst semi-automatic pistol can be found in the Makeshift Sickroom after Jill wakes up and you regain control of her.

.44 Ae Lightning Hawk

A magnum pistol .44 Ae Lightning Hawk can be found in the Courtyard on floor 1F of the hospital, but you have to play as Jill. On floor 2F, she must squeeze under the rubble and reach the railing, which was inaccessible to Carlos. Only then will you reach the new eastern part of the courtyard.

Figurine

The statue was hidden in one of the last areas of the Hospital. As they march into the Underground Storage bunker, playing as Jill, they stop after reaching a large hall with parked vehicles. The figure was left on a forklift shown in the image.
