This location, already known from Resident Evil 2, can be explored after the game unlocks Carlos as the main character (as a result of progress in the main storyline).

ID Card

The ID drops from a defeated zombie, Brad. A fight ensues after he reaches the entrance to the Police Station. You'll need this item to open all the locked boxes at the police station.

Email Outbox

The card with printed e-mail content is in a small room in the Entrance area of the Police Station. After you kill Brad the zombie, go down the stairs to reach the aforementioned room. There's also a poster with Brad in the same room.

Figurine

The statue is in the eastern Courtyard in front of the entrance to Police Station. You can find it on the wall just after defeating a zombie (Brad).

ID Card Security Protocols

The note is in the Reception area adjacent to the Main Hall. You'll find it on the bench next to the first locked box which requires an ID badge obtained from Brad.

Sept. 20 Arrest Report

The arrest report is on one of the desks in the West Office on the ground floor of the Police Station.

Assault Rifle - Scope

The Scope upgrade for the Assault Rifle is in a locked box in the West Office, a location on the ground floor of the police station. To open the box, you need the ID Card that zombie Brad had on him. If you didn't took it then, leave the police station and examine Brad's body.

Safe / Hip Pouch

The safe and the bag are located in the West Office on the ground floor of the police station.

You need to go into a separate room. The combination to the safe is in the Dark-room and it is as follows: Left 9 (stop knob on 9), Right 15 (stop knob on 15), Left 7 (stop knob on 7).

Internal Memo

The memo is located in a Dark Room next to the typewriter. This is the ground floor of the police station - a room next to the stairs leading to the first floor. By taking this note, you will know the combination to the safe located in the West Office.

Note to a Friend

The note is on the bench of the Shower Room on the 2F of the Police Station. It contains a hint on how to demolish a wall by using explosives.

Cabinet 1

The Cabinet is in the Shower Room on floor two (2F) of the precinct. The code for the padlock is CAP - inside you will find a Flash Grenade.

3F Locker

The photo with the combination required to open the cabinet hangs on the wall in the Safety Deposit Room. You'll find the key to this room on 3F of the Police Station.

Figurine

The statue is located in the upper left corner of the Safety Deposit Room. It was placed on the high shelf shown in the image above.

Cabinet 2

The locker is at the end of the corridor at level three (3F) of the precinct. The code for the padlock is DCM and inside you will find Assault Rifle ammo.

Report on the Mansion Incident

You will find this report in the S.T.A.R.S. Office located on the second floor of the Police Station. You have to visit this area during the main story. Look in the office with the desk and the big flag.
