How do I get to Subway Power Substation?
You need to use the Bolt Cutters in the Garage location in Downtown area in order to unlock the Garage entrance. After walking through the garage, pass through the narrow alleys that will lead Jill to the Subway Power Substation shown in the picture.
Fax from Substation Chief
The document is on the first floor of the substation building, in the Control Room, where the typewriter is also located.
Hip Pouch
The pouch is in the Control Room, which also contains a typewriter. It's lying on a little ladder.
Figurine
The statue is located in the Control Room. You'll find it on a high shelf in a dark part of the room.
Green Herbs: They Work!
You will find the journal when you leave the Control Room and go down the stairs. Next to the collectible there are two green plants associated with the note / journal hint.
Substation Internal Memo
The note hangs on the wall next to the closed gate in the Subway Power Substation - use a lock pick that can be found nearby. This is an area where you have to activate generators and avoid spiders.
Chad's Notes
The log is in the corner of the area with generators and spiders in Subway Power Substation. It's best to find it only after the power supply has been restored. You have to get to the scaffolding and climb the ladder.
