You start with a conversation with the boy. During it you will discover that his name is Matthew Miller and that he comes from Pennsylvania. Ask him about the toy gun. Then talk about the break in London. When Legrande interrupts the conversation, ask him what is actually going on. After the discussion resumes select the third answer - "He's guarding something". Then select "A jewel" and then "It's a trap".
Once the conversations end, you can agree to start a short tutorial. Once that happens, Zellner will check the paper left after sandwich. Your task is to take it and then drag it from the inventory and use on the apple core on the table. Then add the tissue from the inventory to the mix. Use all of it on the plate. The tutorial will end.
Examine the book on the table. Look at the window on the left and open it. Then walk towards the violinist and speak with him. Walk to the corridor at the back of the car. A short cutscene will be triggered - during it you will meet professor Lucien. Ask him about his destination and speak about Legrand. Then say goodbye and watch the cutscene. Check the door next to professor's compartment. Knock and speak with the butler.
Go to the next car. There you will meet miss Miller and Lady Westmacott. Ask where she is traveling. Keep asking about that and then talk about other topics until all of them are used. Then go to the next car.
Select the option to look behind the bar. Check the bowl with alcohol and then steward's note. Try picking it up - you will take the pen. Use it on the scissors on the counter and you will receive the dust of lead. Try opening the drawer. Use radio in order to unlock the Music Lover achievement. Then go back and take the sugar cubes from the counter. Then speak to doctor Gebhardt. Talk about all available topics - don't miss the newspaper. You will receive a piece of newspaper. Use the door next to the doctor to go outside. Walk to the cargo car. Speak with the men about all topics. It will take some time, but it's worth it.

Go back to the first car and speak with the violinist about the lost handbag of the baroness. Then speak with Matt. He is offended, but giving him the sugar will change that. Speak with him about all available topics. Once the conversation is over, take the book from the table. Then walk towards the violinist and check the case of the violin. Speak with the man about it and then check the case again.
Go to lady Westmacott and ask for an autograph. Then ask Miss Miller about the hair clip. Use it in the drawer in the bar and you will obtain a key. With it, you can open the box outside the car. From there you will get pliers. Speak with the doctor about the baroness' missing handbag while going back.
Use the pliers to open the locked door to Lucien's compartment. Inside investigate all items and speak to the professor. Examine the window - when you notice some prints, use the lead dust on them. You will find footprints and you will unlock the Accurate Detective trophy. Then go outside and give the hair clip back to Miss Miller. Then speak with Gebhardt about his gloves. More thoughts will appear in the notepad.
Speak with Matt about the violinist. Determine the plan and open the window on the left. Use the toothpick to block it. When the violinist goes to close it, quickly open the case. Inside you will find violin, stolen bag and a gun. Speak with the thief about the gun and the handbag.
Before you deliver the stolen item to its owner, check what's inside the handbag. There you will find two letters and a picture. Examine it and on the other side you will see a dedication. Go to baroness' compartment and knock. You will gain the Humble Helper achievement. It's a good occasion to learn more about the woman - speak about all available topics. This will provide new leads related to Lucien. Go to Lucien once you're done with the baroness.
