You can check the list of available secrets and your current progress for each level.

Each level hides a certain number of secrets - various data, either written (notes, posters) or digital (recordings, messages found on computers). You can check your current progress at any time by going into main menu and selecting information about the level. Those are presented as grouped points on a timeline - each group represents a certain sub-location (subsequent places you visit - buildings, rooms, small areas in general). This helps in finding the secrets you've yet to discover. You can go back to a given point in game to collect what you've missed - those secrets which are already collected remain as one.

You should remember about one thing - in most cases in which you go to the next sub-location (even closing doors behind you) prevents you from coming back and looking around for uncollected secrets.

You can use your Time Vision ability to locate secrets. The ability is unlocked soon after the game starts, during the second part of Act I. Thanks to that you will be able to locate weapons, enemies, as well as collectibles, which are marked with yellow. However, not all of them are easy to notice with the ability, which is why you shouldn't depend solely on it.
