The first Source is beneath the stairs

You begin in an alley. Go forward and collect a Chronon Source from stairs that lead to a basement of the building on the corner. You will notice the second Chronon Source when you get on the roof of the penthouse.

Exit the balcony to find another Chronon Source

Use the ladder and head upstairs, and get through the window to a building with a television. Then head to the lower level and once you get through the first stairs, you should come across a radio. Go even lower and exit through the window. There should be a Chronon Source on your left.

Combat is unavoidable

You will remain hidden once you exit the balcony but you still need to fight your way past your enemies. There are not too many thugs, but there sure are a lot of places where you can take cover. Only one of them is armored. Kill them, pass the gate and immediately turn left (Chronon Source).

Secrets can be located in different places and it all depends on your decision from Junction 1

Get to the bridge. Behind the strikers, next to the barrier, there is a Chronon Source. Investigate the poster by the car and the laptop in the trunk of a SUV.

Defeat the Juggernaut at the bridge - that is the last fight in this part

Fight another Juggernaut and a bunch of his henchmen, who can control time. Deal with the minions first (take cover), and only then get behind the boss and hit the wheel on his back. Time Rush/Time Dodge should help you. Use the ladder to go higher.

The last Chronon Source is at the top of the ladder

Before you use the ladder and go down, collect the last Chronon Source. A long time anomaly will begin. Get of the fallen bridge by jumping between elements. Don't forget about unstable objects and use Time Stop/Time Shield when needed.
