There are over a 100 sapphires to collect, but you can only find them in Montana. You can collect them in the story mode (you have to finish it to unlock the whole region) as well as in free mode. Collect them all and you will receive 200 000 EUR.

The sapphires are easier to spot at night.

You should use an off-road car to collect the sapphires and look for them at night - they're much more visible. You cannot collect them with a drone, but you can use it to find them.
