Location Tia's Kitchen.
To get to this secret, you have to jump to the platform located under the colored lanterns. You have to bounce off a special place, which will increase the length of your jump.
2 Nuggets of Wisdom
Location: Bog of the Betrothed.
To get to this secret you have to turn right immediately after entering the bottle. Then jump on the ramp, from it jump down to get to the rock on which the Nuggets of Wisdom is.
