You'll find the secret on the roof of the building, right next to the neon sign.

Location: Construction Site.
You'll find this suitcase at the construction site, hidden behind a lot of bowling pins. Throw a ball at them to reach the collectible.
Dufflebag
Location: Downtown Center.
You will find this secret at the very beginning of the stage, right behind the building.
