Location Round 1.

When you're in the hospital, you can jump along your thoughts. One of them will give you access to a corridor full of X-rays. You'll find the secret there. You have to attack it to add it to your collection.

You will find this Memory Vault at the cutting station. All you have to do is jump to the platform on the left.
