On this page of the guide to Poppy Playtime you will find a walkthrough of part 3 of chapter 2 of the game. We've covered each part of the Musical Memory so that you can get through it quickly and safely. Remember that any mistake you make will cause the opponent to kill you.

General rules

Your task is to press buttons according to colors, patterns or letters, as provided by the in-game voiceover. Any mistake will cause the toy to slide lower until it finally jumps at you. The whole puzzle consists of 4 rounds, and every one has its own 5 or 6 smaller rounds.

Round 1

In the first round, you have to press the buttons in the following order:

1. yellow,
2. yellow, yellow,
3. yellow, yellow, yellow,
4. yellow, yellow, yellow, red,
5. yellow, yellow, yellow, red, yellow.

Round 2

In the second round, the correct button arrangement is as follows:

1. red,
2. red, yellow,
3. red, yellow, green,
4. red, yellow, green, blue,
5. red, yellow, green, blue, green,
6. red, yellow, green, blue, green, violet.

Round 3

The third round consists of 6 parts. The correct arrangement of colors is:

1. green,
2. green, orange,
3. green, orange, yellow,
4. green, orange, yellow, white,
5. green, orange, yellow, white, orange,
6. green, orange, yellow, white, orange, white.

Round 4

The last round is the most complicated. It consists of colors, icons and letters. The correct order of each part is:

1. blue,
2. blue, J,
3. blue, J, heart icon,
4. blue, J, heart icon, violet,
5. blue, J, heart icon, violet, Pi number,
6. blue, J, heart icon, violet, Pi number, white.

Puzzle ending

Once you solve part 4 of the puzzle, it will start to go crazy. You have to hit the marker that moves rapidly around the puzzle - it has a triangle with an exclamation mark on it.

When you're done solving the puzzle, approach the red point on the wall. There's a vent over there - open it with your hand.
