This page of the guide to Poppy Playtime contains a walkthrough of the 3rd part of the 1st chapter of the game. You will learn what you have to do while riding the conveyor belt and how to turn on the power supply.
Ingress
Now you must use two hands for the first time and get to the next location. Stand by the door (otherwise one of your hands will fall off) and place your hands on the appropriate icons. After a short loading, you will move to the next part of the factory.
Power supply
At the end of the conveyor belt you will see a locked door. They're easy to open, you just need to turn on the power. Turn right at the start to get to the first power socket from which you will get electricity.
This socket is on the right side of the corridor, but don't hook your hand from where you are.
Instead, climb onto the platform from the side and hook your hand from there. This way, you will have much more room for maneuver, which will allow you to reach the second socket.
Remember that as you walk, you have to connect "power" to the poles that will activate immediately after having contact with energy.
When you reach the second socket, just use your other hand and hit the switch. This will open the door.
Make sure you use the correct hand, otherwise you will have to do this all over again.
Machine room
After opening the door, you will suddenly bump into another conveyor belt. The floor beneath you will move whether you want it or not. This way, you will reach the other end of the hallway. Nothing will attack you along the way, but the game will try to scare you with various tricks.
You will fall into the room where the toys are made. There is nothing you can do about it at that point. Time to restore power again. To do this, you have to climb the stairs to the top.
Pink tape
You will find a pink tape on the scaffolding. It is on a wall shelf, right next to the pink VCR.
You will find the VCR by the stairs. It's near the tape.
Another power supply
It's time to start the last task in this part. At the start, you have to move two platforms so that you can walk on it. It's not difficult, you can do it with your hands.
Then grab the power source you need with one hand. Remember to keep that hand in its position and not change it on the next step.
Move on, pass the pillars and move the platform. Only then should you go back to the poles, wrap the electricity around them and get closer to the second switch. Joining these objects will turn on the power.
