Pokemon Amie is a new feature present in the Pokemon franchise. Anytime You activate it on the lower screen. Pokemon Amie allows You to play with Your pupils. Feeding Your monster rewards You with its fullness while playing various mini-games boosts enjoyment. Those two have a direct impact on Affection. There are five levels of affection (based on the amount of stars You obtain, and with every level increase a chance for:

-avoiding attacks, critical hits and/or critical hits that would defeat You

-extra experience

-faster (or any) cure for status effects.
