How to get all the endings in Persona 5?

In this chapter, you will find information on all possible endings of the game. The most important determinant of what ending you'll see is what decisions you've made in certain points of the game and what was your attitude towards your companions.
As you might guess, there is a myriad of spoilers to be found here.
Ending 1 - Bad
To see it, you have to fail to acquire treasures from the Palaces (you always have a time limit). When you are unsuccessful, you can replay the given week.
Ending 2 -Bad
Right after completing Niijima Palace, you are being interrogated. You will be asked to reveal who you cooperated with. If you betray your friends, you gain access to another bad ending.
Ending 3- Bad
Another bad ending that you can see. You can unlock it in the final dungeon. While talking to Igor, agree to his conditions.
Ending 4 - Good
The game offers only one fully satisfying, "good" ending. To see it, you have to:
- Complete all Palaces on time;
- Refuse to betray your friends while talking to Sae Niijima;
- Disagree with Igor in the last conversation with him;
- Reach the deepest parts of Mementos.
