This section of the Outriders guide contains information about the Wanted - Hailstorm quest. Below you will find tips for the easiest way to eliminate the enemy and what to expect of them.

The Hailstorm mission is found in Eagle Peaks. The search poster is located near a fast travel banner. Note - this is not a separate location like in some side missions! You may also encounter other elite enemies here.

All of the enemy's attacks consist in freezing

Unfortunately, this is a pretty tough enemy, as almost every one of its attacks involves freezing. Try to eliminate weaker enemies and snipers first as quickly as possible so they don't restrict your movement, as well as the 2 elite enemies. 1-on-1 fight is the best way to take him down. It's a good idea to put Burn and Freeze mods on your weapons (slowdown will do as well).

Avoid his area attacks at all costs. With a little bit of luck and quick damage dealing, you should be able to get by. If you run out of ammunition, there is a missile recovery point just off the bridge - but you must hurry to get back in time. The mission will be completed once you have eliminated everyone - remember to approach the dying opponent afterwards and finish him off with the action key.
