On this page of the Outriders guide, you will find a description of the character creation process.
The character creator in Outriders isn't as extensive as, say, in Cyberpunk 2077, but it does have a few options for customizing your character's appearance. You can choose things like gender, hairstyle, markings (scars, earrings).
In Outriders, you can change the appearance of your hero during the game. To do this, go to the Character Customization point in the base.
Step 1: Body Type
The first step in creating a new character in Outriders is to choose a gender (Body Type): female or male. Unfortunately, there is no way to modify the body itself – you can only choose from the predefined variants.
Step 2: Face
The next step of creating a new hero in Outriders is to choose a face shape, skin color, and eye color. You can choose from several predefined face models – you can't modify them.
Step 3: Hair
The next step of creating a new character in Outriders is choosing your hairstyle and hair color. If you decide to play as a male protagonist, you can also choose from several beard types.
Step 4: Markings
In the final stage of character creation, you can choose from a variety of optional body markings:
- Scars;
- Piercing;
- Makeup: female characters only.
