Keep going to the right while taking advantage of your surroundings and hideouts. You will reach a tree and an officer. Help the boy get up when the officer turns around and talks to a flying robot.

Spill the bucket of paint at the officer.

Go up and spill the bucket with paint on the officer. Press the button and go down the ladder. Go to the right and use the hideouts. One of the flying robots is stationary - his dead zone is precisely underneath him. Take advantage of that to sneak pass him. Reach the building. The riddle here is very simple - the red lines are showing you the track of the flying enemies. On the bottom, near the exit from the building you will find a console. With it you can change the tracks of the flying enemies. Change them in such way that one of your characters can safely get up to the key (on the right side). On the left you will find a memory. The platforms you can use are marked with a green color in the picture below.

The picture shows the platforms you can use to move between floors (the picture is for better orientation).

Once you get the key, use it in the middle in the bottom. The passage on the right will open. Go there and move the cart to the bike.

Now, there is a motorcycle riding sequence. Avoid the obstacles and the holes in the ground. When the road angle reaches 45 degrees, enemies will start chasing you. By holding the shoot key you can determine the strength and reach of the bullet. Shoot down all robots. Then, the sequence with avoiding obstacles and shooting will repeat. At the end, when you're entering the tunnel, you must shoot the red button.
