Fights and unique places in The High Road

After you reach The High road, youll find a camp (shown in the picture above) - The High Road | Mutant Year Zero Road to Eden World Atlas - World Atlas - Mutant Year Zero Road to Eden Guide

After you reach The High road, you'll find a camp (shown in the picture above). Talk to Selma, who will automatically join your party after a short conversation. Equip her with the second weapon, armor, and grenades. Note that her level will be match the rest of the team, so it can be possible to unlock the first few abilities or bonuses immediately.

At the bottom of the area, youll encounter a new Zone Dogs - The High Road | Mutant Year Zero Road to Eden World Atlas - World Atlas - Mutant Year Zero Road to Eden Guide

At the bottom of the area, you'll encounter a new Zone Dogs. One of them can be eliminated silently after it separates from the group. It'll make easier to kill the other dogs. After the battle, search the ruined building and find the treasure chest.

The ladders, which are shown in the picture above, lead to the upper part of the location (there is a secret nearby - a note). Don't go there because the enemies there are at the 10 level, which is too high for now. Use the passage to the next location, The Fallen Angel. Killing enemies there will allow you to reach higher levels. When your level is high enough, return to The High Road and approach the main group of enemies.

There is a group of 10-level enemies near the entrance of the tunnel - The High Road | Mutant Year Zero Road to Eden World Atlas - World Atlas - Mutant Year Zero Road to Eden Guide

There is a group of 10-level enemies near the entrance of the tunnel. Kill the single Butcher. Because of his long health bar, use the silent weapons of Dux or Selma (by default, she's equipped with a gun with a silencer).

It's worth finding a good place for an ambush (use high covers like trees or big cars). There is also a new Shaman in the camp. Killing him in the first turn will be hard because his health is 16 points. Expect the reinforcements coming from the tunnel's side. Like in the previous location, use a grenade on the newly arrived enemies.

The presence of a medical robot (Med-Bot), initially hidden in the corner of the map, is much more problematic - The High Road | Mutant Year Zero Road to Eden World Atlas - World Atlas - Mutant Year Zero Road to Eden Guide

The presence of a medical robot (Med-Bot), initially hidden in the corner of the map, is much more problematic. It's able to resurrect the opponents. During healing (example in the picture above), a green glow appears. The healing lasts one turn. The revived enemies get back a half of their health.

Stopping the bot is a priority if you don't want to fight the same enemies again. The robot doesn't attack, but it has 16 energy points and 2 armor points. Use the most powerful weapons and fragmentation grenades on it. You can also use Selma's skill - Tree Hugger, which stops enemies from the marked area for one turn. After the battle, search the location - you can find a new treasure chest.

Fighting bots won't always be that hard. You'll be able to use EMP grenades and special skills targeting mechanical enemies further in the game.
