On this page of the guide you will learn about the tasks given by Bob from the Old Creek Mine in Mr Prepper. You will need complete a total of 5 short missions for him.

The Elevator of Mine

The Old Creek mine is unlocked by completing The Granny and the Wolf task for Jenny. This mission must be completed to continue Bob and Jenny's quest lines. Inside the mine, you will find Bob, who will ask you to fix the elevator (requires metal x10). Only then will you be able to descend to the lower levels in search of mushrooms for Jenny.

To continue the quest, you need to get the green card on level 0 of the mine, which will allow you to descend to level -1 (use the terminal at the elevator to descend to the lower level).

Bob's Jacket

The next mission, Bob's Jacket, is initiated by completing Bob's task: The Elevator of Mine. Go to level -1 of the mine after collecting the green card from level 0, then head inside the cave on the left.

You'll find Bob there and you should talk to him. He'll ask you to find his jacket. It can be found on level -3, so you will need to find the access cards at levels -1 and -2.

Bob's jacket can be found in the dark, somewhere on level -3 of the mine (the level layout is randomly generated at the start of the game). It will be defended by numerous rats. For returning the jacket, you will receive a broken revolver and access to the Junkyard.

Bob's Glasses

The Bob's Glasses mission begins just after completing the Bob's Jacket task. The task is trivial and short, but it can cause some trouble...

Bob's next request is to find his glasses. The task is simple, but it requires a keen eye. The glasses are attached to the flower worn by Jenny. With the RMB, click on the glasses and ask for them. Then bring them to Bob.

Missing Mining Pass

The task will begin once you have completed the Bob's Jacket mission. It can be completed by visiting Joe from the Junkyard.

You need to find the card to level -4 of the mine. First, however, you must complete a task for Joe from the Junkyard - The Missing Cryptid. You'll need the Miner Helmet and pickaxe to explore this cave. Warm clothes will also be useful, because starting from level -3, the mines become cold, which makes your Preparedness drop faster.

Ivy Bob: Hydrogen Storage

Once you bring Bob his glasses, he will tell you that hydrogen can be found at level -5 of the mine. This task is initiated by completing the Bob's Glasses mission.

It's necessary to complete this task in order to build the rocket. However, to reach level -5, you must complete The Missing Cryptid task for Joe. You'll find the hydrogen in a large cylinder in a random part of the mine.

Sleepless Base

The Sleepless Base is a short task that caps off Bob and Jenny's quest lines. You will get access to the Sleepless base in the mine. Jenny will also promise to give you the insomnia pill. It's the only way to reach Fort Observer..
