Aqua Sac
Aqua Sac can be acquired from Jyuratodus in Wildspire Waste. This item is a reward for defeating that monster. Be careful because this creature is rather strong and resistant to some of the elements.
Sometimes, Aqua Sacs can be acquired after completing an investigation so try to complete all of these quests.
Electro Sac
Electro Sac can be acquired after defeating Tobi-Kadachi in the Ancient Forest. This fanged wyvern is rather dangerous and it uses attacks that can shock your character. Use a weapon with Water element to defeat this enemy. Also, watch out for its tail attacks - this monster can be very deadly!
Poison Sac
Poison Sac can be acquired after defeating Pukei-Pukei in the Ancient Forest. This creature, which is a combination of a reptile and a bird (a bird wyvern), attacks with a gigantic tongue, poison and aerial attacks. You absolutely have to remember to take a few antidotes with you - this monster can poison you with its attacks.
Flame Sac
Flame Sac can be carved from Anjanath, the monster that resembles T-rex. You can find this creature in the Ancient Forest. This brute wyvern is very strong - it uses powerful charges, can breathe fire and deals massive damage. Use a weapon with Water or Ice element to defeat this enemy.
Flame Sac can also be acquired from Rathian and Rathalos. However, these monsters appear in the later part of the game.
Frost Sac
Frost Sac can be found in Coral Highlands. There, you have to fight with Legiana. This flying wyvern can use Ice element and it mainly hunts Raphinos. This monster is very fast - try to attack it with poison.
Sleep Sac
Radobaan, a brute wyvern that lives in Rotten Vale, has Sleep Sac. The key to defeat this monster is to destroy its bone armor. This will also weaken the creature immensely.
