Your next task is to build a lever. To do this, get behind the throne, where you find the spot shown in the screenshot, interact with the presented object and collect the cobblestone.
Turn back to see the spot shown in the screenshot. Destroy the dead bush for sticks and go to Lukas by the blocked secret doorway. Examine your surroundings (Blocked Doorway - Look At). Once you do that, you find out that you have to build a lever. Return to the spot shown in the above screenshot and use the bench to craft it. With the lever in your pocket, go back to Lukas and use it to start a rail to the lower levels.
