The stone axe is the basic tool at the beginning of the game. With the help of this, you can cut down trees and create logs, which are the main building material for buildings and weapons. To create an axe you will need 10 sticks and 2 rocks.

You'll find sticks literally everywhere. There are always some on the ground or they can be collected from the branches of young trees.

It's a bit hard to find rocks. Look for them around the village under the fence, both in the sand and grass.

After collecting the required raw materials, press the Q key. Select the anvil - crafting icon, from the selection circle.

Then select the item "Stone Axe".

Enter the equipment menu by pressing TAB or I. Select the axe in the item list and press the F key to place it in one of the quick selection slots.

From now, you can quickly select axes with the R key by selecting slot number 1-8.
